MSPA EA conference team is happy to share that the 2026 Conference planning is well underway! We need to hear from our MSPA members who would like to share their experiences, presentations and case studies relevant to our theme.

Our Focus

Our MSPA focus and theme for 2026 recognises the three main opportunities and challenges for us all:

• Help us extend the conversation beyond CX to recognise product, placement, promotion, price, premises, people, prevention…
• …and take the lead with our services supporting Operational Excellence in all its forms for our clients…
• … and finally demonstrate pride in the best examples of our work
  

These opportunities demonstrate an ever increasing and divergent use of Professional Mystery Shopping and Auditing – with more and more focus on speed, connectivity, accuracy, cost efficiency and the measurement and motivation of the issues that matter most to our clients, as they strive for Operational Excellence and Commercial Impact.

The list of issues gets ever longer, we help identify and improve everything from a great customer experience to the price and availability of products, the compliance with legislation to the promotion of brand in a competitive marketplace.

We know all of our delegates will have a tale to tell, to connect, learn and share from our collective experiences – our conference stage waits for those who will be prepared to share and elevate the conversation – Step up and Lead the Way - we look forward to your ideas!

Step up as a Speaker

We are interested in speakers on these broad subjects for General presentations (30 minute format), Case Study presentations (shorter 20/25 minute format) or join a Panel. Get involved send your application as soon as possible, last application date 1st FEBRUARY 2026.

We are looking for 3 types of collaboration:

• Case Study presentation – This can be presented alone by a client or a MSPA Member, co-presenation with a client & MSPA member are as well welcome. These case studies can be about clients, products, processes or people as your business adapts for the future.
  • Depending on content, time-table and availability these sessions will be scheduled by MSPA EA on main stage or in concurrent sessions. 
• Key-Note presentation – Presentations must be of general interest and include interaction and impact for the audience connected to our theme.
• Interactive session or panel member - Group discussion or workshop session on relevant topics to our industry. If you would like to host an interactive session or panel, please feel free to let us know. 

A few notes before you send your application:

• All presentations must be done in English. Unfortunately, MSPA cannot provide simultaneous translation.
• MSPA EA is a non-profit association. As a member of MSPA, it is expected that your contribution will be voluntary, free of charge (you/your company will have to pay for travel, conference registration fee, accommodation and any expenses or optional events);
• However, if you bring one of your clients to present a case study, MSPA EA might cover the client expenses which includes: conference fee, flight ticket (economy class) and 1 or 2 hotel nights. In addition, if you bring a client to present a case study, your company will be listed as one of the conference supporters.
• Applications will be contacted by the conference team to schedule a conference call, to occur in January/February/March. Kindly note that all applicants will receive an answer, even if they are not accepted! So, in case you do not hear back from MSPA EA, please contact the conference team at info@mspa-ea.org.
• After the conference, your presentation and recordings of presentations will be published in the MSPA EA website. By applying to be a speaker at the conference, you are accepting sharing your presentation. MSPA EA accepts that you may want to delete some slides, however the final version of the presentation file to be used at the conference must be submitted together with the file you are willing to share with the delegates.  

Relevant Deadlines

• February 1st 2026: Deadline to send your application; Please have in mind that at this stage we only need an abstract of your presentation. MSPA EA will have a meeting a board meeting in February/March 2024, where first applications will be analysed. We may accept more applications later on, but we cannot guarantee that will be possible, as we normally receive a lot of applications.
• January-March 2026: Conference calls between MSPA Board Members and speakers/applicants;
• Mid of March, 2026: MSPA EA will announce the selected speakers. Please note that some speakers might be announced earlier than that. That does not mean your application was not accepted. All applicants will receive feedback about their application.
• March 15, 2026: Last day to send any information to be included in the printed version of the conference programme / conference booklet: Picture, cv (bio information), final title of the presentation and brief description.
• April 21, 2026: Last day to submit your draft presentation (PowerPoint, videos, etc.); Please note that the conference has become a large event and that is why we really need your presentation in advance. At this stage we expect that the draft will be about 80% of your final presentation.
• May 1-8, 2026: Scheduled rehearsal days and technical briefing speakers.
• May 10, 2026: Last day to submit your final presentation (PowerPoint, videos, etc.) and request any additional materials you need for your session. 
• May 19, 2026: Speakers AV and Stage rehearsal live in Alicante, Spain
• May 20 & 21, 2026: Conference days
