We are pleased to announce that due popular demand, we have designed a new Masterclass - Attract, Retain and Grow - as part of the Conference week of activities. The masterclass is scheduled to take place on the Monday, the day before software supplier events on Tuesday of Conference week.

Who should attend? This masterclass is aimed at Business Owners and Sales Leaders and Key Account Holders working in member companies.  

Fee?  To join the masterclass, we ask a fee of 425 Euros - reduced to 375 Euros when registered before March 19th! This will include a full day of interaction and interesting sessions. Refreshments and lunch on the day are included within the fee. Excluding VAT, transportation and accommodation are not covered

The day after our masterclass, on Tuesday May 19th, several software suppliers are organising their operational client meetings. In case you are staying for one of these meetings, you might like to consider joining the "New to MSPA meeting" and/or the Welcome Reception/Dinner of the annual conference as well.

Thank You for registering for the MSPA EA Masterclass - Attract, Retain and Grow

 

The Masterclass - Attract, Retain and Grow will take place at the Alicante Golf Hotel in Alicante, Spain on Monday May 18th, 2026.

After having submitted your registration form a confirmation email will be sent to you.

A definite confirmation and further information will be issued to all delegates at beginning of May 2026. 
Your participation is only guaranteed after confirmation by MSPA Europe/Africa. 

Payment

Payment of your fee will be by invoice. An invoice will be sent to you by email after receipt of your registration form, invoices are send as of March 15th, 2026.

  • Full payment by credit card or to the bank must be received 3 weeks after receipt of the invoice, or in case of late registration latest by May 17th, 2026.
  • Payment is possible via by bank transfer or credit card, an online payment option will be included in the invoice you receive.
  • Payment must be in Euros (€). Bank costs are for account of the delegate. 

Masterclas Venue 2026 & Hotel Reservations

Alicante Golf Hotel in Alicante, Spain is the official conference hotel.

A limited number of rooms have already been blocked for MSPA guests at a special rate which is available until March 19th, 2026! 

  • Single room Euro 135 per night / Double room Euro 151, including breakfast and taxes! 

IMPORTANT BOOK NOW - It is high season in Alicante in May and as we trust to see all of you again in Alicante, MSPA will need the entire hotel capacity. Therefore don't wait and confirm your hotel reservation as soon as possible. After March 19th, 2026 rooms or when the room block is finished, rooms will be only available on request.
