We can confirm the NEW dates of the next Executive Forum for Business Leaders in the Mystery Shopping Industry in Europe and Africa. 

The agenda is yours of course but from our conversations three clear themes for discussion evolved, together with potential discussion points – so join the dialogue and play a part in our connected future. 


  • Market and Proposition; Market size & potential, Value proposition, Positioning

  • Technology; Use cases in the MS process, AI Legislation and implications, Software Options

  • People Engagement; Shopper motivation, Employee Engagement, Training and Education, Communication channels


There is change now, and more to come, so a sharing of experiences and vision will be of great benefit to us all.

We aim to make the conversations as free-flowing as possible and invite contributions from the floor on any subject from anyone, so please add to the list where you feel you have an interest or want to make a specific contribution. We will also take the time to update on the initiatives already started and get views on focus, priority and viability of each.


Who can attend the Forum: CEO's, MD's or owners of a member company striving to continue to deliver excellence in every quarter you will be familiar with the challenges and opportunities we now face. We invite a maximum of 15 leaders to apply to join us and Connect, Learn and Share in November. We will focus on the above key Subjects, discussing solutions, concrete sharing with and learning from each other. 


Contribution fee: To join the programme, we ask a fee of 950 Euros, reduced to 875 Euros for all those that confirm by 15th December 2025. This will include a day and a half of interaction, pre-evaluation and follow-up. Refreshments, lunches on both days and dinner on Wednesday evening are included within the fee.

To plan the event effectively we need early commitment so please register your interest directly with us as soon as possible.  We will try to limit to 15 spaces again to keep the discussions focussed.


Destination & Venue, City Centre location in Italy - venue to be announced after the Forum is confirmed.

MSPA Forum - 4 & 5 March 2026 - Registration - registrations price is 950 Euros per attendee and 875 Euros when registered before December 15th, 2025!

The Forum registration fee is per person and includes: 

  • 1,5 day of interactive sessions
  • Refreshment breaks and lunch on Wednesday and Thursday.
  • Informal networking Dinner on Wednesday evening. 

Transportation and accommodation are not covered and we recommend delegates book flexible transportation tickets and accommodation.


Summary

MSPA Europe/Africa Bookings & Cancellation policy:

  • The MSPA Forum application fee includes all scheduled sessions, materials, coffee/refreshments breaks and lunch on Wednesday and Thursday, as well an Informal Dinner on Wednesday evening.
  • The educational registration fee is per person, excluding VAT and hotel & travel costs (such as accommodation). Dutch VAT will be applied to all customers located in The Netherlands. The reversed charged principle will be applied for European customers that provide us with a valid VAT number. All customers outside of the European Union are exempt from VAT.
  • An invoice, including an online payment possibility to pay by credit card, will be sent to you by email after receipt of your registration and when the MSPA Forum is officially confirmed by MSPA Europe/Africa - a minimum of 13 delegates is required. The invoice needs to be settled within 2 weeks after receiving the invoice and can be paid online or by bank transfer.
  • Cancellation is only possible in writing and send to info@mspa-ea.org. If cancelling latest January 2nd, 2026 no costs are charged; as of January 3rd to February 2nd, 2026 a Euro 450 will be charged per cancellation for administrative purposes. If cancelling on or later than February 3rd, 2026 the full registration fee will be charged. 
  • In cases of force majeure (for example war, public unrest, close to civil war, strikes, epidemic, natural disasters) MSPA holds the right to cancel the Forum in full or reschedule to another date. MSPA will do there utmost to refund the registration fee in full or partly to the delegates, reduced with the cancellation costs received by third parties. Damages and costs third parties, resulting from the action of force majeure circumstances will not be compensated to delegates (like flight tickets, hotel costs, etc).
  • When the Forum is confirmed all delegates receive an official confirmation. MSPA Europe/Africa hold the right to cancel the Forum if the minimum number of delegates is not reached - 13 persons - latest last week of January, 2026.
  • Please do not reserve an hotel room before MSPA confirms the Forum to you to prevent any cancellation difficulties, however most hotels do offer very flexible cancellation criteria's at this time.

Payment
Payment of your registration fee will be by invoice or credit card. An invoice, including an online payment option to pay by credit card, will be sent to you by email after receipt of your registration form and when the Forum VI is officially confirmed by MSPA Europe/Africa. 

Be advised that hotel accommodation and travel expenses are NOT included in your registration fee. 

Location
We travel to Italy - the venue of the Forum VI will be announced after the event is confirmed.
