We are pleased to announce that due popular demand, we have designed a new Operational Excellence Workshop.

Don’t miss out!  This is a great opportunity for your operations team!  

Let’s work together to set the benchmark for operational excellence in our industry. Designed to look at advances in Operational Excellence, based on the MSPA Europe/Africa Guidelines, market best practices, our trainers experience and the use of the latest techniques and technologies, we will be creating a space for sharing ideas to create effective solutions.

Fee? To join the workshop, we ask a fee of 425 Euros (MSPA member delegates), the fee is per person and include a full day of interaction and interesting sessions. Refreshments and lunch on Wednesday March 18th are included within the fee. An optional informal dinner, for all delegates, hosts and trainers, the evening before the workshop (March 17th) can be booked for Euro 65 during your registration; dinner and limited numebr of drinks included.

Summary

An invoice, including an online payment possibility to pay by credit card, will be sent to you by email after receipt of your registration and when the MasterClass is officially confirmed by MSPA Europe/Africa. Payment can be made by credit card, paypall or bank transfer.

MSPA Europe/Africa Bookings & Cancellation policy:

  • The Workshop Fee includes all schedules sessions, materials, 2 scheduled coffee/refreshments breaks and lunch on Wednesday March 18th, 2026. The fee excludes VAT, and any dinner, hotel & travel costs (such as accommodation).
  • Cancellation is only possible in writing and send to info@mspa-ea.org. If cancelling latest Febraury 1st, 2026 no costs are charged; as of February 2nd to February 17th, 2026 a Euro 250 will be charged per cancellation for administrative purpose. If cancelling on or later than February 17th, 2026 the full registration fee will be charged. You may always let another colleague take your place at no extra charge or cancellation fee.
  • In cases of force majeure (for example war, public unrest, close to civil war, strikes, epidemics, natural disasters) MSPA holds the right to cancel the Masterclass in full or reschedule to another date. MSPA will do there utmost to refund the registration fee in full or partly to the delegates, reduced with the cancellation costs received by third parties. Damages and costs third parties, resulting from the action of force majeure circumstances will not be compensated to delegates (like flight tickets, hotel costs, etc).
  • An invoice is send by MSPA Europe/Africa for the Masterclass fee. The invoice needs to be settled within 2 weeks after receiving the invoice.
  • When the Workshop is confirmed all delegates receive an official confirmation. At the time the Workshop will be confirmed all delegates receive information on the hotel were the Workshop is organised to reserve a hotel room directly at the hotel if required. Please do not reserve your flight and hotel room before MSPA confirms the Workshop to you to prevent any cancellation difficulties, however most hotels do offer very flexible cancellation criterias.  
  • MSPA Europe/Africa holds the right to cancel the Masterclass/Workshop if the minimum number of delegates is not reached - 12 persons - latest 4 weeks prior to the Masterclass.

MSPA Europe/Africa Masterclass - 18 March 2026 - Prague

 

Thank you for your registration for the MSPA EA Workshop Operational Excellence which will be held on Wednesday March 18th, 2026 in Prague, Czech Republic.

Before the Workshop is definitely confirmed a minimum of 12 delegates need to be registered. 

Payment
Payment of your registration fee will be by invoice or credit card. An invoice, including an online payment option to pay by credit card, will be sent to you by email after receipt of your registration form and when the Workshop is officially confirmed by MSPA Europe/Africa. We hope to have a final decision mid January latest first week of February 2026.

Location and Hotel Reservations
The Workshop will be organized in Prague, Czech Republic. The venue/hotel of the workshop will be announced and shared with all delegates after the workshop is confirmed.

When the Workshop is confirmed all delegates receive an official confirmation. At the time the Workshop/Masterclass will be confirmed all delegates receive information on the hotel were the Workshop/Masterclass is organised to reserve a hotel room directly at the hotel if required. Please do not reserve an hotel room before MSPA confirms the Workshop/Masterclass to you to prevent any cancellation difficulties, however most hotels do offer very flexible cancellation criterias.
