We are pleased to announce that due popular demand, we have designed a new Operational Excellence Workshop as part of the Conference week of activities.

The workshop is scheduled to take place on the Monday, the day before software supplier events on Tuesday of Conference week.

Let’s work together to set the benchmark for operational excellence in our industry. Designed to look at advances in Operational Excellence, based on the MSPA Europe Africa Guidelines, market best practices, our trainers experience and the use of the latest techniques and technologies, we will be creating a space for sharing ideas to create effective solutions.

Who should attend? This workshop is aimed at Professionals working in Operational Delivery roles in member companies.  

Fee? To join the workshop, we ask a fee of 400 Euros, reduced to 350 Euros for all those that confirm by 25 March 2025. This will include a fiull day of interaction and interesting session. Refreshments, lunches on the day are included within the fee.

The day after our workshop, on Tuesday May 20th, several software suppliers are organising their operational client meetings. In case you are staying for one of these meetings, you might like to consider joining the "New to MSPA meeting" and/or the Welcome Reception/Dinner of the annual conference as well.

Terms and Conditions

MSPA Operational Workshop 2025

  • Early Bird fees are available until March 25th, 2025. After this date a late registration supplement of Euro 125 is added to the early bird registration fees.
  • Prices are per person, in Euro's and excluding VAT to cover costs made by MSPA to organize our general meeting/conference. The attendance fee for the workshop includes attendance of all sessions on May 19th, 2025, scheduled refreshments and lunch, materials. 
  • Delegates will be sent an invoice as of March 25th, 2025, which must be paid within 3 weeks after receipt. For late registrations the payment should be confirmed before the conference starts. 
  • Other Optional events; Welcome Reception/Dinner on May 20th, 2025 and attendance to the annual conference (AM) 2025 are not included in the workshop fee and will need to be pre-registered via MSPA Europe/Africa (Online registration form) and are charged for an additional fee.
  • Due to increasingly inflexible payment terms provided by conference venues & suppliers, MSPA EA accepts written requests for cancellation up to 7 days in advance of a scheduled MSPA event. No costs if cancellation is received before March 25th, 2025; Cancellation between March 26th, 2025 and April 30th, 2025 a Euro 200 will be charged per cancellation for administrative purposes. If cancelling after May 1st, 2025 the full attendance fee will be charged.
  • In the event of exceptional circumstances, such as death, covid infection or similar events, MSPA EA may, at its sole discretion, consider a written request for cancellation, provided it is received no later than 1 business day after the scheduled event. A written independent verification of the event must be attached. However, cancellation fees will be charged in all circumstances.
  • In the event of cancelling your registration a colleague could always attend in your place.
  • The only exception to these terms and conditions is in case of force majeure; in such event, where MSPA EA cannot reasonably be expected to perform the scheduled event, MSPA EA will communicate the permitted options to the affected members/participants. In the event of force majeure (for example war, public unrest, close to civil war, strikes, epidemics, natural disasters) MSPA EA holds the right to cancel the event in full, reschedule to another date or reschedule the live conference to a virtual conference. Damages and costs third parties, resulting from the action of force majeure circumstances will never be compensated by MSPA EA to members/delegates (like flight tickets, hotel costs, etc).
  • Hotel reservations need to be booked directly to the Hilton Tallinn Park Hotel and are not included in the attendance fee. Please complete the online reservation form which is published at the MSPA EA website to directly book your accommodation.
  • The Hilton Tallinn Park Hotel, have blocked a limited number of hotel rooms until March 25th, 2025 for a special MSPA hotel rate and conditions. After this date rooms are only available on request and the MSPA room rates & conditions are not guaranteed anymore.

The Operational Excellence Workshop will be organized at the Hilton Tallinn Park Hotel in Tallinn, Estonia on Monday May 19th, 2025.

After having submitted your registration form a confirmation email will be sent to you. 

A definite confirmation and further information will be issued to all delegates at beginning of May 2025. 
Your participation is only guaranteed after confirmation by MSPA Europe/Africa. 

Payment

Payment of your fee will be by invoice. An invoice will be sent to you by email after receipt of your registration form, invoices are send as of March 25th, 2025.

  • Full payment by credit card or to the bank must be received 3 weeks after receipt of the invoice, or in case of late registration latest by May 19th, 2025.
  • Payment is possible via by bank transfer or credit card, an online payment option will be included in the invoice you receive.
  • Payment must be in Euros (€). Bank costs are for account of the delegate.
