Online Registration - The Hub

The HUB is the place for all employees from MSPA EA member companies to join in with the MSPA -  for free -  to all members and their teams. Hub events will continue throughout the year as an additional benefit for our EA members; most Hub webinars and network activities during the year are free of charge, some events and workshops will be paid events and you are asked to register separately.

The HUB is for everyone - owners, new business getters, account managers and operational team members to stay in touch and find our more. The HUB is open for MSPA EA members to attend events, network, share information, set up meetings and do business. 

Registration - who are invited to register?

Only MSPA EA members and all their staff will be granted free access to The Hub. When registering please use an email address connected to the domain name of your MSPA EA member company (@company.com). All registration will be checked before access is confirmed prior to the Hub meeting. MSPA EA reserves the right to remove any registrations received that cannot be connected to a MSPA EA Member company without notification to the person who registered.

An exception to the above are individuals who received a personal invite to attend one of the MSPA Hub events. They will be granted access to the Hub for 1 specific event and login will be deactivated afterwards.

  • NOTE - You only need to register once to receive access for the entire year; prior to the Hub event you will receive your personal login details to access the Hub and you will be able to attend the activities and events MSPA EA organizes within the Hub portal. Paid conferences, Masterclasses and Workshops can be managed in the Hub as well, however you will be asked to register separately for these events and agree to the fees applicable.
  • NOTE - when you register for the HUB on the day of a meeting your login details and url to the portal will be send by email in minutes, however it can take up to 1 hour before you receive access to the portal.

MSPA EA Hub Access

    • Only MSPA EA members and all their staff will be granted free access to The Hub of MSPA EA when registering using an email address connected to the domain name of their company (@company.com).
    • All registration will be checked before access to the Hub s confirmed. MSPA reserves the right to remove any registrations received that cannot be connected to a MSPA EA Member company.
    • Access to the Hub is only confirmed after receipt of an official confirmation of MSPA EA, which will include personal access details to enter the Hub Portal prior to the start of the event by email.
    • Access to the hub is free of charge to all MSPA Europe/Africa members and their staff and includes all free activities and events provided by MSPA EA. The Hub events are included to the MSPA members fee. Paid events are not included to the hub registration.
    • In case of paid Hub events/workshops/activities Hub delegates and all MSPA EA members will be asked to register and confirm attendance separately in a new registration process; all registration prices are per person, in Euro's. Participants will be sent an invoice which must be paid before the events/workshops/activities starts.
    • Cancellation of your registration to the MSPA EA Hub can be done by emailing your request to Nikky Alkemade, Executive Director at europe@mysteryshop.org. 
    • In cases of force majeure (for example war, public unrest, close to civil war, strikes, epidemics, natural disasters) MSPA holds the right to cancel any events/workshops/activities in full or reschedule to another date. MSPA will do their utmost to refund the registration fee (in case applicable) in full or partly to the delegates. Damages and costs third parties, resulting from the action of force majeure circumstances will not be compensated to delegates (like flight tickets, hotel costs, etc).

A formal confirmation and access details to the Hub Event will be issued to all delegates prior to the event.
Your participation is only guaranteed after confirmation by MSPA Europe/Africa.
