You register for the Network Events at the MSPA conference only:

Please note - a Euro 300,- for member delegates or EURO 500,- for non-member delegates, is charged as administration fee, this fee does NOT include any DINNERS/LUNCHES and you need to pre-book at least 1 of the below social dinners to make your registration for this option complete. No access to the conference area, meeting rooms and vendor area are included. You do receive access to the mobile app of the conference. All mentioned prices are in Euro's and per person.

Thank You for registering for the MSPA EA Conference 2026

After having submitted your registration form a confirmation email will be sent to you; a definite confirmation and further information will be issued to all delegates at beginning of May 2026. 

The below information is send to you by email as well.

Payment

Payment of your fee will be by invoice; an invoice will be sent to you by email after receipt of your registration form, invoices are send as of March 15th, 2026. Full payment must be received 3 weeks after receipt of the invoice, or in case of late registration latest by May 18th, 2026. 

Payment must be in Euros (€) and is possible via by bank transfer or credit card. An online payment option will be included in the invoice you receive. Please note that bank costs are for account of the delegate

Conference Venue 2026 & Hotel Reservations

Alicante Golf Hotel in Alicante, Spain is the official conference hotel.

A limited number of rooms have already been blocked for MSPA guests at a special rate which is available until March 19th, 2026! 

  • Single room Euro 135per night / Double room Euro 151, including breakfast and all taxes! 

IMPORTANT BOOK NOW - It is high season in Alicante in May and as we trust to see all of you again in Alicante, MSPA will need the entire hotel capacity. Therefore don't wait and confirm your hotel reservation as soon as possible. After March 19th, 2026 rooms or when the room block is finished, rooms will be only available on request.

NEW THIS YEAR on the Monday!

We are pleased to announce that after the succesfull workshop last year and due popular demand, we are organising a new designed Masterclass as part of the Conference week of activities on Monday May 18th, 2026:

"Attract, Retain and Grow - Developing Winning Strategies with New Business and Key Accounts"

The masterclass is scheduled to take place on the Monday 18th May 2026, the day before software supplier meetings on Tuesday of Conference week and at the same venue.
