You register for the Network Events at the MSPA conference only:

Please note - a Euro 250,- for member delegates or EURO 450,- for non-member delegates, is charged as administration fee, this fee does NOT include any DINNERS/LUNCHES and you need to pre-book at least 1 of the below social dinners to make your registration for this option complete. No access to the conference area, meeting rooms and vendor area are included. You do receive access to the mobile app of the conference. All mentioned prices are in Euro's and per person.

Thank You for registering for the MSPA EA Conference 2025

After having submitted your registration form a confirmation email will be sent to you; a definite confirmation and further information will be issued to all delegates at beginning of May 2025. 

Payment

Payment of your fee will be by invoice; an invoice will be sent to you by email after receipt of your registration form, invoices are send as of March 25th, 2025.

Full payment must be received 3 weeks after receipt of the invoice, or in case of late registration latest by May 19th, 2025. 

Payment must be in Euros (€) and is possible via by bank transfer or credit card. An online payment option will be included in the invoice you receive. Please note that bank costs are for account of the delegate

Conference Venue 2025 & Hotel Reservations

Hilton Tallinn Park Hotel in Tallinn, Estonia is the official conference hotel.

A limited number of rooms have already been blocked for MSPA guests at a special rate which is available until March 25th, 2025! 

  • Single room Euro 145 per night / Double room Euro 165, including breakfast and all taxes! 

IMPORTANT BOOK NOW - It is high season in May in Tallinn, don't wait and confirm your hotel reservation as soon as possible. NEW THIS YEAR on the Monday!

We are pleased to announce that due popular demand, we are organising a new designed Operational Excellence Workshop as part of the Conference week of activities on Monday May 19th, 2025:

"Make The Most of Your Operations in the New AI World"

The workshop is scheduled to take place on the Monday 19th May 2025, the day before software supplier meetings on Tuesday of Conference week and at the same venue.
